  NO REFUND ON APPLIANCES?!?! THE WORST STORE TO DEAL WITH!!!! i have never dealt with a store worse than this store. i bought expensive appliances from this store and none of the appliances work!! The delivery guys who came and tried to install my appliance didnt actually install anything. They threw the items in my kitchen and laundry room without fully installing it. Since my purchase, the store hasn't been working with me at all. I asked for a refund and they said they dont allow refunds and hung the phone up on me! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. WILL NEVER SHOP AT THE MELROSE SEARS OUTLET STORE AGAIN.
